Welcome to Bounce Arena. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bounce Arena mobile application ("App") operated by Bounce Arena Team ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bounce Arena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bounce Arena is a multiplayer pong game that features competitive gameplay, ranked leaderboards, and a cosmetic shop where players can purchase in-game items using SOL (Solana cryptocurrency). The App requires a Solana wallet to access certain features.

3. Wallet and Account

To use Bounce Arena, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets or reverse transactions.

4. In-App Purchases

Bounce Arena offers cosmetic items for purchase using SOL. Please note:

• All purchases are processed on the Solana blockchain and are final and non-refundable.
• Cosmetic items are for aesthetic purposes only and do not provide gameplay advantages.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient SOL and for paying any associated network transaction fees.
• Prices of cosmetic items may change at any time without notice.

5. User Conduct

When using Bounce Arena, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches that provide unintended advantages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

6. Leaderboards and Rankings

Bounce Arena features competitive leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove players from leaderboards or reset rankings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms or engaged in unfair play.

7. Blockchain Transactions

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• We have no control over the Solana network and cannot reverse or modify blockchain transactions
• Network congestion or technical issues may affect transaction processing
• You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Bounce Arena, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is owned by Bounce Arena Team and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounce Arena Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, data, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
